All menus include, tostadas and cheese (nachos), dinner rolls, sliced french bread, or garlic bread, dressing for salad, whole or sliced pickled jalapenos.

NOTE: Service requires a minimum purchase of 100 plates in one menu choice.

Other menu options can be designed to suit your needs.  

Buffet service includes personal for serving, buffet service is provided on disposable plates, forks, knives and napkins.

Sit Down Service include rental of receiving plates, china, silverware, cloth napkins and crystal goblets.
